Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree and six years of directly related experience.
• Any appropriate combination of relevant education, experience and/or certifications may be considered.

Responsabilidades

• Welcoming, practical resource for Tulane staff across the university.
• Help staff navigate institutional structures and processes and understand options available.
• Identify recurring staff challenges and opportunities, and present actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
• Communicate and escalate issues to appropriate university offices, maintaining feedback loops.
