Job summary

Tulane University seeks an Associate Director of Professional Development and Outreach to lead the design, implementation, and assessment of faculty and staff development within the Office of Academic Excellence and Opportunity (AEO). The role partners across campus to strengthen belonging, equity, and high performance through strategic programming and outreach.

• Experience developing, implementing, facilitating, and assessing outreach and communications strategies for faculty and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation and assessment of faculty/staff professional development initiatives.
• Develop outreach strategies to increase participation and campus partnerships.
• Coordinate with campus partners to align programming with institutional priorities and assess impact.
• Supervise professional and student staff involved in AEO development activities.
