Job summary

University of Texas at Dallas Callier Center seeks a Director of Speech-Language Pathology Clinical Operations to oversee all clinical services, scheduling, and financial analyses for the clinic, in collaboration with business and administrative leads.

The successful candidate will consult with Callier Center leadership on fundraising, clinical grant writing, and marketing for the speech-language pathology program; Texas licensure and CCC‑SLP are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or closely related field.
• Hold current Texas Speech-Language Pathology license or obtain by date of hire.
• CCC‑SLP certification from ASHA.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all clinical service activities in Callier Center SLP program and ensure quality management.
• Coordinate and participate in clinical teaching for students in the SLP program.
• Manage a team of 10 licensed SLPs across two clinic locations and oversee scheduling, insurance, and financial analyses.
• Facilitate patient recruitment for research within the clinic and participate in clinical research and innovation.
• Support fundraising and grant writing with the Callier Center Development team.
• Serve as an ambassador for speech pathology services to the community.
