Banner Health is seeking a Director of Specialty Pharmacy Home Delivery & Fulfillment in Phoenix. You will lead all operational elements for specialty, home delivery, and central fill services, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and accreditation requirements across multiple states.

The role emphasizes staffing, policy development, and collaboration with leadership to optimize performance. This salaried position offers participation in the Management Incentive Program under Banner's Total

Qualifications

PharmD degree from an accredited college.
Current and unrestricted pharmacist licensure in practice state within 90 days.
Five years of retail, specialty, or mail-order pharmacy experience with supervisory background.

Responsibilities

Oversee operational activities for Specialty, Home Delivery and Central Fill Pharmacy Services.
Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and state/federal laws across states of licensure.
Lead staffing, scheduling, and workforce planning to meet service demands.
Develop policies, SOPs, and quality initiatives; chair the Quality Council.
Collaborate with leadership to optimize central fill and dispensing operations.
Drive financial performance through staffing, inventory, and revenue-cycle management.
Foster patient and provider relationships and ensure excellent customer experience.
Plan and participate in system-wide pharmacy information systems and business continuity.
