Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Director of Product Management, Digital Sovereignty, to own the company-wide sovereign strategy across the cybersecurity platform. You will be the definitive expert on sovereignty, aligning leaders and working with Legal and Privacy experts to shape product direction.

You will partner across functions to standardize approaches, engage with customers and regulators, and drive investment in regulated markets. This is a high-visibility role in a leadership team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management, with at least 4 years in a lead or leadership role.
• Experience with sovereign cloud and data sovereignty constructs.
• Experience with GRC cybersecurity products and frameworks.
• Ability to influence leaders across a large, matrixed organization.
• Ability to partner with Legal and Privacy experts.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with exec/analyst audiences.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall product strategy and set sovereignty standards across the platform.
• Serve as subject-matter expert on sovereignty, data residency, encryption, and jurisdictional transparency.
• Guide cross-BU initiatives, ensuring alignment to the shared strategy and consistent tech approach.
• Establish standards and guardrails for sovereign product decisions.
• Translate strategy into compelling narratives to secure executive alignment and investment.
• Represent PANW externally to customers, partners, regulators, and analysts.
• Collaborate with engineering, partnerships, GTM, and Legal to implement sovereign offerings.
