Job summary

eShipping LLC is seeking a Director of Managed Services to lead the Solutions team responsible for customer implementations and existing-business analysis. You will coordinate across functions to translate customer needs into actionable work and prioritize high-impact initiatives.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in logistics or analytics, strong BI skills (Power BI/SQL), and a proven track record of coaching teams to improve retention and enterprise delivery.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years in logistics, transportation, analytics, or managed services with leadership experience.
• Proven ability to coach and develop teams and align resources to priorities.
• Experience turning complex analyses into actionable business recommendations.
• Proficient with BI tools and data-driven decision making.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Solutions team spanning Implementations and existing business analysis.
• Align initiatives with organizational goals with Mode Leaders and cross-functional partners.
• Translate customer needs into actionable work and priorities.
• Manage ticket priorities, resources, and resolution approaches.
• Drive strategies to improve retention, value, and enterprise implementations.
• Build skills, monitor performance, and foster career growth.
