Job summary

Chris Turzo & Associates is assisting a growing solar and energy storage developer/financier in recruiting a Director of Project Finance. The role leads origination, structuring, and pricing across CCA programs, direct C&I, and residential TPO, with high autonomy and end-to-end ownership.

You will build and manage the analyst team, set underwriting standards, and own financial modeling, PPA pricing, tax equity, and capital formation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in C&I solar, renewable energy finance, or energy consulting.
• 3+ years leading transactions or running a finance function.
• Familiarity with CCA, municipal, or public-sector offtake structures.
• Strong Excel financial modeling and ability to defend a model before an investment committee.

Responsibilities

• Lead origination, structuring, and pricing across CCA programs, direct C&I, and residential TPO.
• Oversee screening, financial modeling, and PPA pricing; manage capital formation and closing.
• Build and manage the project finance analyst bench and set underwriting standards.
• Develop territory/market strategy and maintain relations with tax equity investors and lenders.
