The Director of Software Engineering, Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a highly experienced leader responsible for casting the vision and setting the technical roadmap for Ascension’s Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform. This role leads the engineering delivery, technical health, and best practices for Marketing Cloud, ensuring the platform is optimized to support personalized, scalable, and mission-driven digital engagement. The director will manage a team of leaders, engineers, and vendor partners, driving excellence in software delivery, platform stability, and technical innovation. This leader will serve as the technical owner of the platform, aligning Marketing Cloud capabilities with business priorities to deliver measurable outcomes.
