Who we’re looking for:

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile professional with a hybrid background in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development, data engineering, and full-stack capabilities. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of marketing automation, API integrations, and CRM strategy, coupled with technical fluency in scripting, data modeling, and agile development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage AMPscript for advanced content personalization and dynamic scripting in SFMC email campaigns.
  • Design and implement API integrations (REST/SOAP), with a focus on MuleSoft or comparable middleware platforms to enable seamless data flow between systems.
  • Utilize strong SQL skills for data manipulation, segmentation, and campaign analytics within large-scale data environments.
  • Integrate and manage MobileConnect for SMS campaigns, including synchronization of opt-in/opt-out data with third-party platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SFMC with Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, etc.), ensuring a seamless user experience and unified customer data strategy.
  • Analyze and model complex data structures, ensuring scalable and optimized database architecture that supports personalized marketing and customer engagement efforts.
  • Participate in Agile development practices, contributing to sprint planning, retrospectives, and using tools like Jira and Confluence to manage project documentation and tasks.
  • Stay informed of emerging Martech and CRM trends, contributing strategic insights to enhance digital marketing performance and customer experience initiatives.

  • Proven hands-on experience in SFMC development and CRM architecture.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a deep understanding of digital marketing ecosystems.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, data-driven solutions.
  • Passion for marketing innovation and a proactive approach to staying ahead of industry trends.
