- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior engineering management role.
Responsibilities
- Own engineering delivery aligned with the product roadmap.
- Lead Software Engineering Managers and the QA Manager.
- Drive legacy-to-cloud migration and ensure incident response is effective.
- Coach and develop engineering leaders and implement standard practices.
