Job summary

OnLogic is seeking a Manager of Software Development to lead a global team of ~10 engineers, setting strategy and coaching the group to higher speed and quality. The role emphasizes AI tooling adoption, architectural guidance, and strong collaboration with IT leadership.

You will oversee production applications, release and monitoring practices, and drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement across OnLogic's software portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer engineering or other technical field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in software development with at least 4 years of experience managing and growing a team of 6+ developers.
• Hands-on experience building with AI coding tools and agentic systems.
• Experience owning multiple production applications including release management, monitoring and incident response.
• Strong practices: CI/CD, automated testing, code review and version control (Git).
• Ability to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship, now and in the future.

• Develop engineers through coaching and a culture of trust and accountability.
• Raise code quality through design/code reviews and architecture guidance.
