Job summary

GlobalLogic seeks an experienced senior engineering/architecture leader to accelerate AI-enabled software delivery for enterprise clients. You will partner with customer engineering, product, and executive teams to identify SDLC bottlenecks and implement AI-driven acceleration using VelocityAI and a suite of AI tools.

Drive proofs of concept, stakeholder communication, and measurable improvements in cycle time, code generation, test creation, and release readiness.

Qualifications

• Must have 15+ years in software engineering, architecture, or related senior roles.
• Deep understanding of software architecture, SDLC, Agile/Scrum, DevSecOps, and enterprise practices.
• Hands-on fluency with AI development tools and AI-enabled delivery, able to build, evaluate and explain solutions.
• Experience with tools/frameworks listed (Claude Code, Google Cloud Code, OpenAI Codex, GitHub Copilot, LangChain, vector databases).
• Customer-facing technical leadership roles such as principal architect or solution architect are desirable.
• Strong AI governance, human-in-the-loop controls, security, observability, and production readiness for AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Work with customer teams to identify SDLC bottlenecks and AI-led acceleration opportunities.
• Design and deliver proofs using VelocityAI SDLC and modern AI tools.
• Help customers shift to intent-driven delivery loops generating plans, code, tests, docs, and validation artifacts.
• Define and measure acceleration outcomes like cycle time reduction and faster release readiness.
• Present technical approaches, results, and business impact to technical and executive audiences.
