Job summary

OnLogic is seeking an experienced Manager, Software Development to lead a global team of engineers in building applications used by our business and customers. This onsite role in South Burlington, VT or Cary, NC drives AI-enabled development, code quality, and rapid delivery while aligning with business priorities.

You will guide architecture, oversee multiple production apps, and coach engineers to grow. This leadership role emphasizes collaboration, accountability, and measurable outcomes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer engineering or other technical field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of software development experience with at least 4 years in people management (6+ reports).
• Hands-on experience with AI coding tools and agentic systems; scalable AI deployment patterns preferred.
• Experience owning multiple production applications including release management, monitoring and incident response.
• Strong practice of CI/CD, automated testing, code review, and Git version control.
• Ability to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
