Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Director of Software Development to lead product strategy, guide R&D, and ensure secure, scalable software across multiple products. This remote role partners with business leaders, IT, and SaaS operations to align technical direction with business goals.

Qualifications

The Director of Software Development is a key leadership role responsible for driving product vision, leading research and development initiatives, and ensuring that software products meet business, customer, security, and operational needs. This role serves as a bridge between business leaders, development teams, IT, customers, pre-sales teams, and SaaS operations, providing both strategic direction and hands-on technical leadership across multiple products.
