Job summary

i3 Verticals, LLC in Nashville, TN seeks a Senior Director of Software Engineering to lead multiple product-focused engineering teams and execute the technology vision. You will drive delivery across full stack platforms, mentor leaders, manage budgets, and partner with Product and Business leadership to accelerate value.

Responsibilities include scaling teams, implementing CI/CD, overseeing offshore delivery, and shaping roadmaps while upholding security and OPS standards.

Qualifications

• Able to work in a loose, fast-paced environment

• Attract, develop, and retain talent to achieve a strong team, and develop own technical, coaching and leadership skills
• Able to anticipate future technology trends and business needs and improve speed to market of key capabilities
• Build positive relationships and lead key partnerships with both internal and external partners
• Translate technology challenges and opportunities to key business collaborators to ensure consensus and prioritization
