Fairlane Senior Care & Rehab in Detroit, MI is seeking a Director of Social Work (LSW) to lead the social services team in a high‑quality elder care setting. You will oversee resident care management, advocate for resident rights, and ensure social services meet clinical needs with a focus on gerontology.

The Social Services Director oversees and directs the daily operations of the social services department. This position is responsible for leading efforts to provide social services to residents and their families to enable them to deal with the impact of illness and extend placement. The Social Services Director participates in resident care management and plays a key role in advocating and promoting resident rights.
