Citadel Healthcare is seeking a Director of Social Services to lead and supervise social services for patients across the rehabilitation program. You will ensure regulatory compliance, coordinate with clinical and administrative staff, and directly manage a team to deliver compassionate, person-centered support.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in social work or related field, an MSW preferred, and an active state license.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in social work or a human services field required.
• MSW or related field preferred.
• Current license to practice in the State as a Social Services Professional.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise social services across the rehabilitation program.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and staffing adequacy.
• Interview residents or families to obtain social history as needed.
• Advise residents and families on Medicare/Medicaid and other financial assistance.
• Refer residents to social service agencies when needed.
• Collaborate with staff to improve workflow and reduce costs.
• Develop and maintain referral resources for social services.
