Job summary

Regalcare of Worcester is seeking an experienced, people-centered Director of Social Services to lead our department and help residents and families navigate care with confidence and support.

You will oversee all social service operations, mentor the team, collaborate with nursing and administration, and ensure documentation and regulatory compliance while maintaining a compassionate, resident-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Social Work degree and state license/certification.
• Experience in long-term care or healthcare social services.
• Proven leadership and communication skills.
