• Maintain ongoing communication with case workers and external service providers.
• Provide social work consultation to residents, families, and staff as needed.
• Drive innovation and process improvements to enhance social services and resident care outcomes.

We are searching for a Director of Social Services to lead our social services department and ensure residents, and their families receive the support they need. The primary purpose of the role is to be responsible for providing services to respond to the emotional needs of the residents and their families.
