Arm is hiring an experienced technical manager to join our Cloud AI Business unit and ensure the success of our Arm AGI CPU. Based in our Austin, Texas office, you will be a senior member of the team responsible for defining and driving a multi-generation SoC firmware roadmap.

You will work with OEMs, ODMs, SoC partners and Arm engineering teams to deliver robust, scalable firmware ready for broad deployment, turning customer and market needs into clear software requirements and prioritizing

Qualifikationen

• Experience delivering firmware requirements and roadmap for complex systems.
• Ability to translate customer needs into software requirements and priorities.
• Strong communication of technical topics to executives and engineers.

Aufgaben

• Define the product vision, roadmap, and priorities for Arm’s SoC firmware.
• Engage with customers, partners, system designers and technical leads to translate needs into requirements.
• Partner with software/hardware architects and engineering leaders to shape solutions.
• Make roadmap trade-offs across customer needs, constraints, schedules and strategy.
• Support go-to-market and product teams through engagements and presentations.
• Represent the firmware product strategy at senior levels inside and outside Arm.
