Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field plus advanced degree preferred.
• Proven track record in closing high-value contracts in energy markets.
• Strong understanding of nuclear technologies and regulatory processes.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into executive-level business cases.

Responsibilities

• Own and achieve multi-gigawatt contracted capacity targets.
• Define North American and global BD strategies for SMR technologies.
• Build and maintain C-suite relationships with utilities and large energy buyers.
• Lead origination, negotiation, and closing of complex agreements (CRAs, PPAs, MOUs, JDAs).
• Coordinate with engineering, licensing, finance, and legal teams to ensure viable offerings.
• Represent Zap Energy at industry forums and regulatory meetings.
