Job summary

Foxwoods Resort Casino in Mashantucket, CT, seeks a Director of Slot Operations to lead the technical, operational, and financial performance of Slot Operations. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in analytical/business major (Accounting, Business, Auditing or Finance).
Minimum 5 years of Slot Management experience; total 10 years of gaming experience.
Managed a slot operation of at least 2,000 games and $225 million in annual revenue.
Experience with advanced slot systems technology (Light & Wonder SDS Preferred, IGT, Konami or Aristocrat).

Responsibilities

Lead the technical, operational, and financial performance of Slot Operations.
Drive revenue growth and ensure regulatory compliance.
Elevate guest satisfaction and develop high-performing teams across all gaming experiences.
Partner with finance, marketing, IT, compliance and hospitality operations to deliver a cohesive operation.
