Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational oversight of all simulation activities across the health system.
• Lead development and expansion of simulation programs in alignment with ACGME standards.
• Collaborate with Program Directors, faculty, and educational leaders to integrate simulation into residency training.
• Develop competency-based training frameworks, assessment tools, and performance metrics.
• Manage scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation; supervise simulation staff.
• Oversee maintenance of simulation equipment and lifecycle management.
• Lead budgeting, financial oversight, and capital investment planning for simulation services.
• Drive program growth, outcomes, utilization, and external training opportunities.
