Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in rotating equipment, service center operations, or industrial maintenance services.
• Strong working knowledge of pump, motor, and valve inspection, testing, and repair.
• Demonstrated experience leading shop and field service organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead efforts to develop and optimize facility strategies.
• Ensure compliance and cost-effective operation of facilities.
• Develop and control departmental OPEX and CAPEX budgets.
• Own execution of dimensional inspections and testing.
