• Own P&L, forecast, and capacity planning for the SEO department.
• Protect and grow net revenue retention across existing clients.
• Set the vision for SEO and AI search visibility.
• Hire, develop, and retain top-tier SEO talent.
• Coach high performers and manage underperformance decisively.
• Create clear career paths and accountability.
• Build trusted relationships with senior marketing and revenue leaders.
• Translate SEO performance into pipeline and business impact.
• Step in for senior-level account leadership when needed.

• Collaborate with marketing and product to maximize search visibility.
• Represent SEO in executive-level discussions and provide concrete impact metrics.
