AccruePartners is seeking a results-driven SEO professional to join a large, established organization with a strong regional presence. You will own day-to-day SEO initiatives, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO reviews, while supporting AI-enabled search strategies and local search efforts.

You will collaborate with marketing, content, and digital teams to implement SEO plans, report on performance, and drive measurable results in a fully remote role preferred

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of hands-on SEO experience, with the ability to independently manage initiatives and provide strategic recommendations.
• Strong knowledge of on-page, technical, and local SEO, including keyword research, content optimization, and organic search performance.
• Experience with AI-driven search trends and visibility optimization is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Take ownership of day-to-day SEO initiatives, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO reviews.
• Support evolving AEO and GEO initiatives to strengthen visibility across traditional search engines and AI-driven search platforms.
• Analyze search performance using GA4, GSC, Semrush, and seoClarity to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with internal marketing, content, and digital teams to implement SEO strategies and support local search initiatives using Yext.
• Partner with external agencies and stakeholders, providing SEO expertise, reporting, and recommendations.

• Step into an established SEO program with a strong strategic foundation, partnering with internal stakeholders and external agencies to improve visibility across traditional and AI-driven search.

THE DETAILS

• 6-month contract position with strong possibility of extension or conversion.

What You Will Be Doing

• Support evolving AEO and GEO initiatives to strengthen visibility across traditional search engines and AI-driven search platforms.
• Analyze search performance using tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Semrush, and seoClarity to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with internal marketing, content, and digital teams to implement SEO strategies and support local search initiatives using platforms such as Yext.
• Partner with external agencies and key stakeholders, providing SEO expertise, reporting, and recommendations to drive ongoing improvements.

What You Need To Succeed

• 3-5+ years of hands-on SEO experience, with the ability to independently manage initiatives and provide strategic recommendations.
• Strong knowledge of on-page, technical, and local SEO, including keyword research, content optimization, and organic search performance.
• Familiarity with AEO, GEO, and AI search trends, with experience in AI visibility optimization considered a plus.
• Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, Semrush, seoClarity, or similar SEO platforms, along with strong Excel and reporting skills. Familiarity with Yext, Optimizely CMS, or other content management systems is a plus.
• Self-directed, analytical, and collaborative professional who can effectively communicate recommendations and manage priorities in a remote environment.
• Experience within an agency or multi-location service oriented industry is a plus, but not required.
