E-Power is seeking an SEO Strategist who owns strategy, execution, and performance across key accounts. This remote role collaborates with Account Managers and content teams to turn search behavior into measurable business impact. You must live within 200 miles of Oshkosh, WI and travel to the office monthly.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in SEO, with deep technical, on-page, content, and analytics expertise, plus the ability to translate data into actionable insights that drive growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SEO experience, ideally in an agency environment.
• Deep expertise across technical SEO, on-page optimization, content strategy, and analytics.
• Strong understanding of modern search behavior, including AI-driven search and evolving SERP features.
• Proven ability to drive measurable organic growth tied to business outcomes.
• Experience with SEO tools, analytics platforms, and performance reporting.
• Ability to translate data into clear insights and direction.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead SEO strategies that drive measurable business outcomes, not just rankings.
• Identify where search influences the customer journey across traditional search, AI-generated results, and discovery platforms.
• Develop strategies across technical SEO, content, authority, and structured data to improve visibility and performance.
• Translate performance data into clear insights, actions, and next steps.
• Stay connected to results and adjust strategy based on real performance, not assumptions.
