Job summary

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; advanced degree preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the R&D strategy aligned with company objectives and roadmaps.
• Lead cross-functional teams of engineering disciplines and mentors.
• Oversee technology roadmaps and platform development for scalable sensor solutions.
• Drive innovation pipeline and concept exploration for new sensing technologies.
• Ensure designs meet performance, reliability, manufacturability, cost, and regulatory requirements.
