Director of Security in San Francisco, CA leads a Class A high-rise security program, ensuring protection of people, property, and tenant operations. This role requires 24/7 coverage, after-hours responsiveness, and strong collaboration with property management and vendors.

With a minimum of five years in high-rise security and several years in leadership, you will oversee staffing to deliver 2,300 man-hours per week, maintain incident reporting, and drive continuous improvements while upholding

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of high-rise security experience.
• At least 3+ years as a Security Director or equivalent for a Class A high-rise building.
• Experience managing large-scale staffing up to 2,300 man-hours per week.

Responsabilités

• Direct security operations for a Class A high-rise with a service-forward presence.
• Manage scheduling and deployment to achieve 2,300 man-hours weekly while maintaining coverage.
• Lead and develop supervisors and officers; enforce appearance, conduct and customer service standards.
• Ensure adherence to scope of work; route client requests for management approval.
• Oversee emergency preparedness and response, including medical, fire, hazmat and violence.
• Ensure timely incident reporting and maintain site logs and records.
• Conduct post inspections and implement operational improvements.
• Oversee access control and visitor/vendor processing with proper identifications.
• Maintain secure handling of after-hours access and loading dock controls.
• Serve as primary security liaison to property management; provide updates and trend analysis.
• Establish a white-glove security culture appropriate for a high-profile asset.
