IOActive, Inc. is seeking a Director of Services to lead a team of security consultants delivering offensive security engagements across the western US. You will partner with Sales and Senior Director on scoping, ensure delivery quality, and manage relationships with client leadership.

You'll build and coach a high‑performing team, drive program delivery standards, and contribute to market growth through technical credibility and strategic accounts. Travel ~30% may be required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in security professional services
• 3-4 years in a management role
• Strong technical background across at least two service lines
• Track record of building and developing consultants
• Experience supporting business development through technical credibility and account partnership

Responsabilités

• Plan and scope prospective engagements with Sales, consultants, PM, and SMEs
• Provide active oversight on engagements and validate technical approaches
• Serve as senior escalation point for complex engagement situations
• Join client meetings in leadership role and ensure delivery quality
• Promote structured methodologies and IOActive quality standards across engagements
• Provide technical judgment and direction for delivery decisions
• Surface delivery patterns to the Senior Director for improvements
• Lead, manage, and develop a team of consultants across service lines
• Conduct performance reviews and career development conversations
• Coach team members through challenges and client situations
• Build a culture aligned with IOActive values
• Identify high-potential consultants and create development paths
• Manage resource allocation and project staffing
• Partner with Senior Director on profitability and pipeline coverage
• Oversee time and expense practices and project status reporting
• Partner with Sales on new business and strategic accounts
• Maintain strong client relationships and translate findings to business risk language
• Support proposal, SOW, and RFP development
• Contribute to global methodologies and templates
• Support team in building market profiles and reputations
