Job summary

Sheraton Denver Downtown is seeking an experienced Loss Prevention Manager to lead security operations, protect assets, guests and employees, and drive safety programs. You will oversee daily security activities, investigations, risk mitigation, and compliance with SOPs while partnering with hotel leadership to maximize department performance.

• High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in the security/loss prevention or related professional area.
• 2-year degree from an accredited university in Criminal Justice or related major; 2 years experience in the security/loss prevention or related professional area.

Responsibilities

• Manages security/loss prevention operations on a daily basis and protects property assets, employees, guests and property.
• Develops and implements emergency procedures; conducts investigations and deploys security staff as needed.
• Maintains logs, certifications and documents required by law and SOPs; monitors and improves safety and service standards.
