Bluejack Ranch is seeking an experienced security leader to guide the development and execution of comprehensive safety strategies across a luxury golf and hospitality environment. The role emphasizes team leadership, guest-focused service, and cross-department collaboration.

You will oversee security operations, training, incident investigations, and budget management while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policy.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED with 1–3 years related experience or training.
• Background and Motor Vehicle Record checks required.
• CPR and First Aid certifications are required.
• Texas Driver’s License and safe driving record required.
• Budget and departmental finance experience preferred.
• Excellent time management and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and oversee security and safety strategies aligned with hospitality standards.
• Recruit, train, and mentor the Security team for professional service.
• Conduct regular patrols and address hazards promptly.
• Implement Security Awareness and Safety training programs.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and implement preventive measures.
• Lead investigations and coordinate with law enforcement when needed.
• Manage physical security of facilities, staff and guests.
• Collaborate across departments to support safety and guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate security for conferences, banquets and events.
• Regularly evaluate and update security policies and procedures.
• Oversee departmental scheduling, payroll, and evaluations.
