Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, cybersecurity, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years in software or security engineering; security products experience.
• 3+ years managing engineering teams, with 8+ engineers or multiple teams.
• Experience in MSP/MSSP or multi-tenant platform is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead two engineering teams that build and operate core security systems: Detection Engine, TIP, SOAR, and Case Management.
• Own the delivery quality, roadmap, and partner-visible surfaces; set acceptance criteria with SOC, Detection Engineering, and Threat Intelligence.
• Own production operations: on-call rotations, incident reviews, SLOs, reliability engineering; ensure release quality and predictability.
• Collaborate with Security teams and Product Management to align technology with operator needs and business goals.
