Legends Global is the premier partner to the world's greatest live events, venues, and brands. The Director of Security and Parking will oversee all site security operations, develop emergency plans, and lead a high-performing team across multiple venues.

The role requires strong leadership, policy development, and collaboration with event services to ensure safety, smooth parking, and a superior guest experience at Broken Arrow venues in Oklahoma.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Security/Criminal Justice/Hospitality required.
• 4 years of related work experience preferred.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check, employment verification, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Establishes facility policies and supervises security personnel and activities to ensure high levels of security, life safety and asset protection.
• Promotes a customer service-centric approach to duties and public relations.
• Develops and implements the Security & Emergency Management Program at each site and integrates best practices.
• Maintains communication with security managers to address performance issues and coordinate improvements.
• Manages and optimizes parking facilities, policies, pricing, maintenance, and equipment.
