Job summary

Fidelity National Financial is seeking a Director of Security Architecture to lead enterprise security design and implementation. This role reports to the CISO and shapes security posture across cloud, application, and infrastructure domains.

The candidate will steer architecture frameworks, roadmaps, and secure DevOps while aligning with regulatory requirements and business goals. Remote-friendly with monthly travel to Jacksonville.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in information security with leadership/architecture experience.
• Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern app architectures.
• Strong understanding of SOX, GLBA, HIPAA, NIST, ISO 27001.

Responsibilities

• Lead Security Architecture teams to design scalable, secure enterprise solutions across cloud, application, and infrastructure environments.
• Define and maintain enterprise security architecture frameworks, standards, and roadmaps.
• Drive Zero-Trust across the enterprise with emphasis on Privileged Access Management (PAM).
• Provide security architecture guidance for AI-enabled development and MCP use cases; ensure data protection and secure integrations.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team of security architects and engineers.
