This role will report directly to the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and will be responsible for shaping the future of FNF’s security posture across cloud, application, and infrastructure domains. The ideal candidate will be a thought leader with deep technical expertise, strong leadership skills, and a proven ability to align and prioritize security strategies with business objectives.

  • Define and maintain enterprise security architecture frameworks, standards, and roadmaps aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive the advancement of our Zero-Trust Security Architecture across the enterprise, with a strong emphasis on Privileged Access Management (PAM).

  • Provide security architecture guidance for AI-assisted software development and Model Context Protocol (MCP) use cases, including access controls, data protection, and secure integration of AI tools with enterprise systems.
  • Assess AI-specific risks (e.g., prompt injection, data leakage, model misuse, over-privileged agents) and embed mitigations into threat modeling and architectural review processes.
  • Extend Zero-Trust and PAM principles to non-human and AI agent identities, ensuring least-privilege access and auditability.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership, business units, and technology teams to integrate security into digital transformation initiatives.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of secure design principles, threat modeling, and architectural risk assessments.
  • Drive the adoption of secure DevOps practices and embed security into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to proactively identify risks and opportunities for innovation.
  • Provide strategic guidance on cloud security architecture, including multi-cloud and hybrid environments.
  • Ensure third-party solutions and integrations meet FNF’s security standards and compliance requirements.
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing team of security architects and engineers.
  • Represent the security architecture function in governance forums, audits, and executive briefings.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Requires 12+ years of progressive experience in information security, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architecture role.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise security architectures in large, complex environments.
  • Deep expertise in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern application architectures (e.g., microservices, containers, serverless).
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks (e.g., SOX, GLBA, HIPAA) and industry standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
  • Ability to balance business needs with security requirements in a fast-paced environment.
