Bosch Building Technologies LLC in Phoenix, AZ, seeks a Director, Solution Security and Compliance to own the strategy, governance, and delivery of our customer-facing cybersecurity and compliance programs. This leadership role acts as the CSP for North America, ensuring our customers' systems are robustly architected, implemented, and maintained in a secure manner.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of dedicated professional experience in enterprise cybersecurity, secure systems engineering, or information risk management.
• Direct experience within physical security systems or building automation, or equivalent OT sectors.
• At least 5 years in a high-level leadership role (Director or Senior Manager) guiding security or compliance programs.
• Strong background in international security standards (ISO/IEC 27001/27002, NIST) and risk-based governance.
• Excellent communication and ability to build cross-functional partnerships across branches.

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize a comprehensive customer-facing Cyber Program for building technology solutions.
• Establish an architectural evaluation framework to review proposed solutions during presales for security-by-design.
• Lead security verification, validation, and QA routines across finished installations.
• Monitor and enforce North American compliance with internal security requirements.
• Own risk reporting, regional control gap analyses, and executive-level briefings.
