Meeting Street Schools in the United States is seeking a Director of Operations to lead non-instructional functions across campuses, ensuring facilities, safety, enrollment, compliance, and services support teaching and learning.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this role will build efficient systems, partner with network teams, and drive operational excellence, urgency, and accountability to fulfill MSS’s mission of life-changing education for all students.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience supervising and managing high-performing operations organization.
• Ability to develop and manage budgets for multiple projects or departments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, G-Suite, and project management software.
• Demonstrated experience creating and managing task management systems for facilities operations, including tracking and prioritizing requests.

Aufgaben

• Lead school operations and non-instructional functions to support teaching and learning.
• Oversee facilities, safety, food services, enrollment, and compliance.
• Plan the school master calendar and budget with leadership and network teams.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding of campus employees with HR.
• Ensure compliance with Title I and all district/state/federal regulations.
