The ideal candidate is a strategic, hands-on leader with a passion for school dining, team development, and creating a welcoming dining experience for students, faculty, and guests; responsibilities include

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Hospitality or related field.
• 3-5 years of dynamic food service management experience.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills; ability to lead teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; ServSafe Certification preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide leadership and direction for all food service operations, including student dining, catering, and special events.
• Maintain relationships with clients, school administrators, students, and guests; ensure exceptional service.
• Collaborate with Executive Chef to design and implement seasonal menus and culinary programs.
• Lead all financial aspects: budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, sales reporting, period-end closing.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and allergen protocols; promote safety culture.
• Recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, training, and performance management for dining associates.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide mentorship and development opportunities.
• Drive marketing, menu innovation, catering showcases and customer engagement.
• Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and presentation.
