Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in management consulting, product management, corporate strategy, business transformation, finance, or related roles.
• Proficiency using and experimenting with a wide variety of personal AI tools.
• Experience building working solutions/products/apps/websites using AI tools in day‑to‑day life and work.
• Hands‑on, ownership‑driven mindset with strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities.
• Ability to embed AI into core team workflows and use data insights to improve outcomes.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Embed with USB teams to observe workflows and build a pipeline of AI use cases.
• Co‑develop AI solutions with end users and scale proven wins into enterprise‑wide patterns.
• Champion AI adoption and fluency across teams and collaborate with strategy/capabilities groups.
• Partner with Technology, Data, and Risk to ensure security, compliance, and governance.
• Define metrics, track impact, and report progress to senior leadership.
