ProCaps Labs in Henderson, Nevada is seeking a Director of Distribution and Logistics to lead end-to-end distribution, warehousing, shipping, transportation, and temperature‑controlled inventory across locations. Build scalable, cost‑effective capabilities to support current operations and future growth, while improving service and customer experience.

Competenze

• 10+ years in distribution, warehousing, transport, and shipping leadership.
• 8-10 years in a manufacturing warehouse environment.
• Experience leading multi-site distribution for B2B and B2C.
• Designed/operated small parcel/high‑flow distribution.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in omnichannel fulfillment and high‑volume pick/pack.
• Ability to translate distribution models to customer delivery expectations.
• Experience with WMS, ERP integration, and warehouse automation.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook; data entry skilled.
• Forecasting and process improvement expertise in warehousing/shipping.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control.
• Proven scaling of logistics, reengineering, and building teams.
• Ability to influence cross‑functional alignment across multiple groups.
• Strong freight experience (FTL, LTL, parcel, international) with cost focus.
• Knowledge of import/export, customs, and cross-border logistics.
• Lean/Six Sigma or similar problem‑solving experience.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams and change initiatives.
• 3+ years in high‑impact business transformation programs.
• Translate operational/financial data into KPIs and business cases.
• Able to work with minimal direct guidance.
