Job summary

ProCaps Labs seeks a Director of Distribution and Logistics to lead end-to-end logistics operations at our Henderson, NV facility. You will direct warehousing, shipping/receiving, transportation, and temperature-controlled inventory across sites, building scalable, cost-efficient capabilities for current and future growth.

The role reports to the Operations Leadership Team and drives cross-functional execution, KPI-driven improvements, and a strong customer experience in a fast-growing business.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience across distribution, warehousing, transportation, and shipping/receiving operations, including senior leadership responsibility.
• 8-10 years in a manufacturing warehouse environment.
• Experience leading multi-site distribution operations across B2B and B2C channels, including network and footprint optimization.
• Experience leading omnichannel fulfillment operations, including high-volume pick/pack.
• Can articulate the distribution model through to the customer experience – delivery expectations (overnight, two/three day).
• Experience implementing and optimizing WMS, ERP integration, warehouse automation, picking strategies, and FIFO/FEFO controls.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook; data-entry experience.
• Proven ability to forecast, analyze and identify improvement opportunities in warehouse/shipping/receiving processes.
• Understanding of manufacturing process and quality control procedures.
• Proven experience scaling logistics operations and building systems/teams in a fast-growing business.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and align stakeholders across departments.
• Strong freight experience (FTL, LTL, parcel, international) with cost-reduction results.
• Knowledge of import/export operations and cross-border logistics risk management.
• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma or similar methodologies.
• 3+ years in business transformation programs.
• Ability to translate operational/financial data into KPIs and business cases.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic distribution and logistics initiatives on time and within budget, with minimal business disruption.
• Establish governance, implementation plans, risk controls, and business continuity for logistics and distribution.
• Lead and improve Pick & Pack, B2B, B2C, and omnichannel fulfillment operations.
• Delegate project tasks to owners and ensure timely execution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to share best practices and opportunities for improvement.
• Communicate priorities, performance, risks, and escalations clearly to project teams and senior leadership.
• Monitor inventory movements and coordinate with Inventory Control, Manufacturing and Finance to track targets and budgets.
• Plan, coordinate, and direct warehouse personnel and supervisory staff.
• Ensure safe daily tasks and adherence to safety policies.
• Develop performance metrics and implement best practices for safety, service, cost, productivity, and accuracy.
• Review and strengthen B2C operating model for scalable growth and improved customer experience.
• Develop distribution network, capacity, and technology roadmap for national/international growth.
• Manage employee development, performance reviews, and staffing decisions.
• Coordinate supply needs with multiple departments according to schedules.
