Job description

Forget about blending in. That's not our style. We're the risk takers, the trailblazers, the gamechangers. We're not perfect and we don't pretend to be. We're raw, unfiltered, and a bit unconventional. Our drive is just like our athletes, unrivaled. The power is in your hands to define what success looks like and where you want to take your career. It's not just about what we do, but about who we become on the way. We are much more than a brand here. We are a way of life, a mindset. Join us.

A Day in the Life

In the position of Salesforce Engineering Manager, you will lead the organization responsible for the Salesforce platform that supports how the company sells, executes in stores, and manages trade promotions across the business. Accountable for ensuring the Salesforce platform is reliable, scalable, and aligned with business priorities, you will set direction, build and manage the engineering organization, and ensure the right decisions are made to support revenue growth, trade effectiveness, and operational stability.

The Impact You'll Make
  • Provide leadership and oversight for the Salesforce platform that supports core sales and trade processes essential to running an over $8B Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) business, ensuring the system remains stable, trusted, and fit for purpose.
  • Define the long‑term strategy for Salesforce across Sales, Retail Execution, and Trade Promotion Management, ensuring the platform evolves to meet changing business needs while minimizing operational and financial risk.
  • Lead, develop, and manage the Salesforce Engineering team by setting goals, defining responsibilities, and ensuring the organization has the skills and capacity needed to support a large, complex commercial operation.
  • Define how Salesforce work is planned, prioritized, and delivered, including standards, decision‑making processes, and controls that support consistent delivery and platform stability.
  • Partner with senior leaders in Sales, Finance, and IT to assess demand, set priorities, and make trade‑off decisions that balance speed, value, risk, and long‑term sustainability.
  • Hold teams and partners accountable for delivery results, platform performance, and operational readiness, while ensuring appropriate escalation paths and support models are in place.
  • Work closely with Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, and IT leadership to ensure Salesforce capabilities directly support revenue execution, trade effectiveness, and business performance.
  • Oversee Salesforce’s integration with finance and data platforms, ensuring end‑to‑end processes and data flows are reliable enough to support reporting, forecasting, and executive decision‑making.
Who You Are
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
  • More than 5 years of experience in enterprise software or application development, with significant hands‑on leadership of a Salesforce Engineering team.
  • Between 3‑5 years of experience owning Salesforce platforms that support Sales organizations, ideally within a CPG environment.
  • Advanced, hands‑on expertise with the Salesforce platform supporting sales, including strong working knowledge of Retail Execution and Trade Promotion Management functionality.
  • Preferred certifications: Salesforce certifications that demonstrate depth in development, administration, or architecture, especially at the advanced or architect level. Integration, data architecture, or middleware‑related certifications are also beneficial.
Compensation

Pay Range: $116,250 - $155,000 USD.
