About Us

S&S Activewear is a leading North American distributor of imprintable apparel, serving over 100 brand partners like Adidas, Columbia, and Gildan. We focus on customer service, strategic products, distribution infrastructure, and innovation to connect our partners with diverse customers across various markets.

About The Role

The Zone Director oversees sales performance within a designated region, managing a team of approximately 15 sales reps and account managers. Responsibilities include P&L management, team leadership, strategic account growth, and regional performance optimization. The role involves significant field engagement, with a minimum of 2 days per week spent with the team and clients.

Responsibilities
  • Manage P&L for the zone, covering 1300+ customers and unassigned accounts.
  • Lead and performance-manage sales teams, including inside and outside reps.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for account growth and retention.
  • Collaborate with other teams and senior management on projects and initiatives.
  • Spend time in the field engaging with clients and team members.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 7+ years in sales and sales management, preferably in promotional goods or apparel.
  • Leadership experience with team goal achievement.
  • Deep understanding of S&S Activewear’s offerings and market landscape.
  • Strong planning, decision-making, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Physical & Work Environment

Standard office environment with routine use of office equipment. The role involves regular communication and field visits.
