Job Summary : Develop and execute sales business strategies to drive profitable revenue growth. Involves leading Regional Sales Managers and independent manufacturer's Representatives. Oversight includes sales strategies, customer account strategy, sales processes, developing and managing customer relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of products to meet representative and customer needs in achieving the company's financial targets.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities :
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field and 10 years of experience in sales leadership in the HVAC industry with a track record of achieving sales targets or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
