Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail management experience.
• 3+ years in a multi-unit role preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret financial statements.
• Proven merchandising and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develops annual business plans with Operators.
• Coaches and develops IOs across stores within a region.
• Supports store sales, merchandising, marketing, and profitability.
• Evaluates region and store performance and uses scorecards.
• Ensures proper presentation, merchandising, and pricing of GOI inventory.
• Ensures compliance with laws and regulations.
• Travels 50-70% to stores, regional meetings and offices.
