What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prospect, develop, and sell advertising inventory and integrated business partnerships focused on the venue, entertainment, and touring industries
- Articulate a solutions-based approach tailored to client business needs
- Drive business growth by developing new revenue through media products and conference opportunities
- Maintain constant contact with clients to establish and manage business relationships effectively
- Create and maintain organized reporting documents and track new revenue pipelines for senior leadership

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 7-10+ years of professional sales experience in a high-performance sales environment, preferably in the agency or publication industry
- Strong understanding of the live events industry and relevant supporting business segments
- Proven ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with corporate clients and co-workers
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- High level of experience in print and/or digital ad sales
- Established relationships in the industry and/or on the West Coast
- Knowledge of Salesforce/CRM systems
- Strong management skills with a desire to develop and manage junior talent/staff
- An entrepreneurial mentality with a willingness to take initiative
