Job summary

Hermitage Three Chopt is seeking a seasoned Marketing and Sales Director to oversee all facets of the marketing department and lead the sales team in achieving and maintaining a 95% occupancy across the community, in line with Pinnacle Living policies.

The role directs marketing and sales activities for unoccupied residences, develops annual budgets, tracks performance, and coordinates campaigns, events, and collateral with cross-functional teams to maximize resident admissions and community

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing or related field.
• 5+ years of marketing management expertise preferred.
• Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Measures sales closure performance through data tracking and weekly reviews.
• Develops and maintains a Marketing Plan and advertising schedule with biannual updates.
• Develops the Marketing Budget annually and tracks revenues and expenses within the budget.
• Tracks inquiries regarding future residency via calls, written requests, emails, and visits.
• Creates, maintains, and revises annual departmental policies and procedures.
• Plans and coordinates marketing events and programs to increase prospect database and maintain a Priority List.
