Job summary

Kinsley Power Systems seeks a Sales Director to provide analytic and administrative support to the Vice President of Sales and supervise the inside sales support team.

The role also backs outside sales staff with quotes, orders, customer contracts, and project tracking, invoicing, and reporting to drive productive, cost-efficient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; plus 5+ years experience and 3+ years supervisory experience.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
• Attention to detail and aptitude for statistics.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytic and administrative assistance to the VP of Sales and supervise the inside sales support team.
• Provide sales support activities for outside sales staff including quotes, orders, contracts and invoicing; track and manage projects.
• Collaborate with Finance and Service staff to improve productivity and cost efficiency of future projects.
• Communicate project status regularly and ensure workflow across sales, supply base, operations and finance/collections.
