Job summary

Cella by Randstad Digital is seeking a high-visibility National Retail Sales Leader to own the full retail P&L for a confidential personal care brand. You will coach a dynamic sales team, set targets, and drive growth across major national accounts from strategy to execution.

You will partner with executive leadership to shape market strategies, optimize pricing and trade spend, and build strategic buyer partnerships. Travel will be required to meet key buyers and review performance.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of CPG retail sales with national accounts.
• Experience optimizing P&Ls, trade investments and revenue forecasting.
• Proven ability to develop sales teams while engaging key buyers.
